Have you been able to receive emails from them previously? If you have, you may want to click the "Unsubscribe Preferences" link in the last email you received from BitCraft/Clockwork Labs to verify that all email categories are set to "No" under "Opt Out."
thanks, for some reason they were all checked off except for the newsletter. it isnt clear to me which one of those options would stop me from logging in, and is there a chance of seperating those? personally doesnt make sense to include emails to verify logging in behind the emails to opt in or out of
It should be under Closed Alpha in the future, they're implementing a fix. Was an error with the email service. Glad you were able to get in! 😁
same - i have never received an email from clockwork labs.
email address verified correct, but nothing ever shows up, been following the game for about 2 years now waiting for email registration to work for me with no results.

His first message requires ever having received emails from Clockwork Labs. I have not. My email used is correct in every possible way. So the ability to follow the rest of the instructions cant be carried out, as there's no last email to click unsubscribe preferences from.
From what Im reading this isnt an unusual problem. There may be something going on with Clockwork Labs MX records on their web host possibily being blackballed by certain domains.
The email address verification email should have the "Unsubscribe Preferences" link at the bottom. Have you checked your junk/spam folder, as well?
Yes, for 2 years now ive been trying to register. Its put a bit of a dampener on enthusiasm, but I'd like to give it a shot, the game looks interesting.
Just went through the process again. It asks me to enter my email for verification, I do, it asks me to check my email afterward. Theres no unsubscribe as at this point the account is still not registered/created.
The email address couldn't be verified if you weren't able to receive the first verification email, then. Were you able to try with a different email address?
