I’ve already linked and joined my discord, but see people have Xp in the thousands. Is it too late to earn? What else can I do?

The referral event ended on March 31. The xp you get now by doing tasks can only be used to get rewards in the Collections tab.

These rewards are just cosmetic and only for show and will be applied in the final release of the game only.
