Heya! I wanted to try and create a massive image with a compiled world Map from people's exploration!

found an island at like 300,350 its big

the very bottom of the map there is the edge of the map

Yeah! I foudn that as well, i ran out of stamina so I couldnt climb it lol.

Anybody found a reasonably easy way to capture they're whole map other than hand-stitching png screenshots in photoshop?

Doing it programatically is notttt easy, but I'm poking at it.

I think... but could be wrong, as the map is very wide... I found the southernmost actual land.

never disembark real close for the free ride up the cliffsides... it can get you real stuck trying to get back in your boat. 😄

if you go to a tall cliff at the water's edge... and it's shallow enough to disembark in just before the cliff... if you select a location like within the last say 1/4 of the hex up close to the cliff, you will get out of boat and shoot up to the top of the cliff.

but then even if you climb down to sea level shallows... whne you try to get back in your boat you will again shoot up the cliffside. 😄

I was stuck for a good bit trying different angles. Anyway sorry offtopic for this thread. 😅

Here I tried to neatly affix a pixel-perfect accounting of my last trek earlier before the server exploded my soul. I had actually returned to camp safely by boat! (I moved my sleep spot like a crazy person. so I could teleport there fast with an empty boat.)

Now... I was pretty sleep deprived, so my photoshop skills may have been a touch jittery, and I could not consult my actual map as I didn't take all the screenshots yet. So since we can't play, I decided to share from memory some of the things I learned. :p My KoFi account accepts hex, if this is of use to your travels.

That all-the-way east branch I was bumping the bottom of was my first one I sent in! Nobody likes that continent it seems. (this time though there were other settlers there besides coyote) The first time I went there was nobody (on that strip) but it's possible coyote was already there and I missed by a bit to the north.

Hex Index is just... an index for all the larger groups. I think Ludens is ...
