#Game Content/Information

@alpine jasper since this hub launch it seems there are a lot of people learning about the game for the first time, then hitting a page with zero information.
Seems weird to force people to then go out into various socials to hunt for it, vs gathering it all on the hub, and making it a one stop shop for everything about the game, vs making it a "grind for free all over the internet to access a game and get in-game items for a title you have no information about"
All I wanted to say was that the information is here in the discord
But I get your point
Appreciate the feedback, we have a lot of info in the discord in the FAQ channels (<#archived-faq message>), on youtube (including a few interview videos https://youtu.be/1OuVxVB7umY?si=Z20UvBmhcS4EAC58), and on our blogs (https://clockwork-labs.medium.com/)
I will look into if there is a better way we can funnel new users towards more info about the game before the Hub. For now feel free to spread the word
. Thanks!
Thank you Minch
Cheers - appreciate the clarification.
I still maintain that it would be a good idea to consider adding SOME information to the hub, vs pointing everyone to the Discord, since the accessibility issues and confusing notification fatigue on this platform can be really exhausting for a lot of people who'd happily enjoy playing a game like this, but aren't interested in doing work to look for it.
Perhaps it may be valuable to spin off a different thread on this, but I found one of your livestreams on Youtube where there are only 20-30 comments, and no real engagement with those asking questions.
Do you guys have a Community Manager in place already that can also handle your socials and improve the information channels and onboarding of new and potential players? If not it seems like a good idea, as they could then also join in the live streams to handle community touchpoints and engagement

I'm looking to see if this is something we can add
That lets devs do what they do best, and leave the community wrangling up to the Community Manager - essential on a game that promotes itself as a collaborative sandbox. Minecraft learned this lesson early on, and had a ton of success when they installed a CM. So did Warframe (way less similarities, but their CM sets the bar for all others to aspire to) 😉
