I tried to use LEDs for the eyes but it made my real eyes visible, so I went for a cheap shop.

For the background, i hopped into Skyrim.
Lessons learned: Better lighting needed for pictures, smartphone cam doesn't cut the deal

Couldn't get the mask to be 100% accurate as the Lady has another head shape.
The whole costume is more or less made from scrap material like old T-Shirts, bed sheets, etc.
For those who noticed: I run across the Skyrim map to Riften to catch the birch trees as a background for this.
