I'm afraid this is outside of what we are capable of handling and to be brutally honest, if every single person invited would join, server stability would be in trouble. The test runs on the old sever structure after all.
In other words, we count with some previous testers not being able to play.

No, everyone who gets an invite will get in. We just invite in the knowledge that never 100% of all invited players will be able to participate.

We have unfortunately not the capacity to allow every previous tester to invite a +1 at this stage. The best option for you to get friends or family in, would be to urge the person to partake in the event later today.

I've asked if pre-alpha players will get a key and I haven't gotten a response. Some people have said no, although I do not know if that is true or not.

We plan to have more than one Closed Alpha test and we are also not yet at a stage where we can invite everyone who wants to play at the same time. So at least to some degree our test-focus will dictate if we invite fresh new eyes to look at BitCraft or returning players for feedback on improvements.
For April 2nd this means a mix of both - but also that not all Pre-Alpha testers will get in, immediately.
