Hi ! I was wondering about one fact, does the game let us build / create our own vehicle (like a car or even an airship) or everything will be pre-made in blueprints ?

I know that layers won't exist in the world at the beginning. So no tunnels, no digging, nothing in regards to underground. That may change in the future.
