Fly me to the Moon still under copyright as far as I know, so playing this song on musical instruments in game would be a no go. but yeah don't know just wanted to answer the copyright part as your not supposed to play copyrighted music in games.

If they add instruments that allow free play you could still play it if you know the notes

you can play but the artist can come after you whether they will is another story, I think becomes more problem if play and post online, but into days age if you play music in game post to YouTube you just get flagged even if cover or what have you. but yeah if artist say plays FF14 and comes across someone playing there music they can get the person sued. but most time no artist will ever do this as love people playing there music as long no moneys being made. but there's still a risk .
