its random and the invites come in waves. theres a very low chance anyone who submits their email will be picked and the last wave was a week or so ago and it was a sign up on google forms on a first-come-first-served basis so you probably won't get an email
maybe next wave you'll sign up in time. at the very least, when the full game comes out you'll get a reward (maybe cosmetics or a title or something) for signing up.

well, its still in (pre?)alpha and the devs have said its pretty unpolished. so who knows. maybe in a couple months maybe in 2024
but the devs have said that the beta will be open so you can play the beta when it comes out
