It works for both Banners and Tails (called Decals by the game).

ohhh that would make sense. yeah so sorry right now there is no event for refreshing so my mod can reorganize them. I'd rather not add Harmony to the list of dependency so please reload the game when you add/remove the banners.
oh nvm, Harmony is already in the required mods 😛
