Ok lemme put my thoughts forward.
2.5 was nice.
||Phrolova certainly beat my expectations and the doom posting from bad actors. She wasn't some "harem addition" (To be fair Rover has the equivalent of one night stands if anything). Her writing was handled really well. The one person that understood the tragedy in her melody gave her hope. Then crushed it by forgetting all about it leading to her exploring every possible and even painful option. Leading to her joining the one faction that could help her even if it is all a lie (mostly). The Grand Architect is an interesting figure because they didn't exactly lie to Phrolova. They gave her the tools to achieve her dream with the cost of finding a way to get THEM vessels? I do also like that they kinda fleshed out Fenrico. He wasn't all "I was brainwashed!!!" but influenced by Leviathan to change his mindset and get mad. Only through the Sentinel's light did he finally snap out of it and take responsibility. Ironically turning into a real saint. The one downside is that I feel like 2.5 might have made it clear that the Ragunna storyline is now done. Phoebe had her character arc at the end of that fishing event I get but I feel like she should have had a much bigger role in the Order plotline. I'm still muffled at how the Montelli and Fisalia feud is just over. But I guess all that could be brought up again eventually in either a side quest, event, or interlude? I do like that they at least gave us a reason why Rinascita characters can't go with us with the Fabricatorium of the Deep. The inclusion of the Afterstory quest type since 2.4 has been a boon. ||

Overall, whatever nitpicks I have for 2.5, I still thoroughly enjoyed it.
