The swords are buffs for Fleur mode and it lasted for 12 seconds you have to cram all 12 seconds of her entire combo as fast as you can for the EXCALIBUR finisher

Fleur have second meter just underneath her forte bar, most like Zani

Sword on the front is when you intro to her or heavy attack
Sword in the middle is from full combo normal 5 and final sword is from her skill cast which coincidentally also put her midair and you can just skip the whole skill cast animation for the plunge to instantly eat all the sword buffs
