• Shorekeeper: end of Wandering also the piano, all day. Must finish the main quest and visit her back again on the end of Wandering to unlock the achievement, after that she'll be permanent fixture by the piano in the greenhouse building. Tallest and biggest building in the black shores.
• Camellya: finish her companion quest, you can sit with her watching sunrise the last time you left her. Only before dawn up to 10am
• Carlotta: after her companion quest head to the ragunna open air cafe, her desk is the one with datapad about drinks
• Cartethiya: sundown near the docks just outside of the Montelli quarters, again after you finish the upside down castle main quest on some floating islands, visit her there on the night
• Cantarella: her castle, noon, visit her for a tea

You definitely can run Fibiless Zani by using SRover but

BUT you have to sweat about it since SRover don't have much of a Spectro frazzle application

The game is just isn't ready for Zani not the other way around. If we got a low CD skill focused Spectro frazzle applicator or their whole attack pattern is Spectro frazzle 4* then we might see better F2P Fibiless Zani

Fibi just don't have rival in terms of Spectro frazzle application since she can freely switch between modes. Thing is Fibi isn't meant to be purely sub-dps for Zani, there are times I actually kill the boss before I can even do half of the rotation with just SK Fibi Zani team. The boss just slapped so hard by Fibi's outro it's not even funny anymore

And Fibi is basically just on Moonlit that basically do no damage since the stat is pretty much dogshit (0 level set lol)
