phoebe has two forms to her forte - holding left click puts you in DPS form, holding skill puts you in frazzle applier form

so far until Zani comes spectro application has no use

your skill places down that field which freezes enemies for a moment

if you are INSIDE the circle, your attacks do more damage. If you are OUTSIDE the circle, your attacks will ricochet around and deal extra hits

once you have chosen DPS or Frazzle form (you should be choosing DPS by holding left click)

your forte bar should turn yellow

then you get an enhanced heavy attack

so you do basic-basic-basic-heavy
