So a couple of thoughts now that I finished Act IV
||1- The cutscenes are insanely well done as per usual. Especially the last few. It helps me understand why Kuro picked Unreal as the engine of choice.
2- The entire finale was really good and hype with introducing the new Aero form as well as giving us a chance to use all that we have attained thus far (Unlike a certain game where the MC gets jackshit for their elemental forms).
3- I wouldn't say this act was flawless though because there are some parts that I feel needed a bit more thought into them. For example, I feel like we trusted Cantarella a bit too fast judging from the Fisalia that collaborated with the enemy. But at least it was acknowledged that those Fisalia are merely branches that decided to go rogue while Cantarella herself is loyal to the real Sentinel. (Unlike the Order)
4- I'm glad this wasn't the finale because I would be pissed if they left the Order plot line unresolved so that's definitely the next part.
5- I still hate how they are writing the Rover's past as "The Arbiter" because of how vague it is. Just how powerful we were? Did we create these AI programs that we call the Sentinels? And how come the Theoridians act as parallels to them? Unless they are akin to malware tailored for Sentinels? It's all very confusing and odd to me. Didn't like that lmao.||
Overall, really loved the act and I know the next one will be even better.
