Yeah that's my confusion because a Sonoro Sphere seems to be so much more than just a domain of resonances projecting past events or recreating destroyed space.

Specifically with Shorekeeper because I always felt like Black Shores's narrative suffered hard from throwing terms at you that you don't fully understand if at all

A very interesting tidbit is that Shorekeeper herself is a pure remnant energy creature created from sonoro spheres, we discovered her as we discovered the island that will soon became Black Shores which already houses powerful supercomputer by the time we discovered it

||My misgivings with Black Shore's story are with how it was praised to me as peak storytelling. Visually, yeah it's a goddamn feast. The Port City of Guixu's Lament was haunting as you try to escape it's recreation and thus witness the horrible fate of the people trapped in the System's endless recreation of said disaster. But it falls a bit flat when the Black Shore as a group aren't fully established to you the player beyond just SK. We met Encore, Camellya, and Aalto already yeah but I feel like they should've been more involved as the narrative affected the entire Black Shore as an agency. I didn't like how the Rover was written as the secret leader but I did like the concept of past Rover making a message to current Rover in a way that reminded me of Prey 2016. It's very heavy nitpicking I know but I feel like so much about Black Shore should been done better especially SK herself.||
