1. Roccia's bonuses are definitely higher because split bonuses (1 * 1.38 < 1 * 1.2 * 1.25), impact isn't as pronounced because camellya just does so much damage. Sanhua good enough? yes. Roccia, even better? definitely.

2. yes, Sanhua's rotation IS indeed faster, but Roccia does more damage than sanhua to make up for longer rotations, so can't really consider it "damage loss"
