After rewatching the Stages a few times by now, I've come to a sneaking suspicion that on Stage 1, the last collab performance on before CTM was switched up somewhat last minute. More specifically instead of Kira X Chloe at the end, it may have been Korone x Botan originally.
Why do I think that? Couldn't help but notice 2/3 stages final collab performances used the bubble effects. Heck, even the Honeyworks collab stage final performance ended with bubbles. Stage 1 did not end with bubbles but flames and the bubbles were used earlier on the duet with Korone and Botan. Now this could just be just choosing the right stage effect for the songs. But there's another thing that sticks out to me regarding how stage 1 ended. And that's the final MC.
The final MC segment on the other two stages had featured the same participants as the performance that just went up. The only other time in a stage the MC cast follows-up their own performance is the first one that marks the end of the free segment. But on stage 1, KxC didn't MC follow-up their own performance but instead KxB came back. (Kiara already MC'd with Gura earlier on).
So my gut feeling says that one point the showrunners must have been quite impressed on how WildCard turned out and realized that Korone & Botan's duet lacked a closer type punch for a performance. Thus line-up was swapped.

It just looks like several straight-on IRL camera shots of the stage during Miko's performance were switched with other angles instead. I wonder if they thought that specific angle was overused? Nothing else seems different.
I don't think Miko or official Hololive accounts tweeted anything about it, so it might be personal feedback from Miko or staff that they quietly implemented.
