I honestly don't know how to feel as it was so different to her previous ones.

I feel like I would have liked it more if I watched it online instead of in person.

Since it feels like online is the best way to appreciate the singing and choreo, whereas in person, is amazing for the crowd

However, the idol is only ever on one of these screens at a time

The stream uses the same AR technology that has been used for the previous concerts, except beefed up more due to their new studio. The motion capture is absolutely incredible

They have stream specific cameras that project AR models onto the stream. If you look at some of the views from the general cameras from the back, you'll see that they are just shown 2D on a screen which is what the people at the event see.

This goes for the stage props too, not just the members

They didn't remove anything. They just changed it to a different camera for that moment

Other things could be if someone in the crowd does something offensive etc. They would probably do the same and change the camera in post.
