我這幾天參加AX+Holo的演唱會真的快過世，但真的非常開心也非常難忘。除了EN組大家的表現、舞台的效果讓人震撼之外，最讓人感動的莫過於海外粉絲們的熱情、自發應援和發自內心的吶喊歡呼！

idk if anyone still needs to hear this but I thought I'd maybe provide some insight for possibly why the stream didn't look that great, especially for our type of audience
I did some research into the film crews that were in charge of recording this event and found out they generally do more big live event stuff. think like edm festival type events
The role that these kinds of crews normally fill is to make the place look like a good time as much as possible, not necessarily to focus in on what the performer is doing
This is why most of what you see are crowd and action shots, and not a whole lot of stable shots where you can actually see what they're doing.
That being said, I don't know of any possible way it could've been any better. This is an extremely niche type of film work, on top of being an extremely niche type of event. The crew we got simply did what they normally do. We get spoiled a lot by birthday and anniversary lives being filmed in house by specialized people.

tl;dr they could not possibly find someone in north america with the proper knowhow nor equipment to film/stream/record the event to the standard you would expect

that being that the yt stadium cameraworkers are used to that style of showcasing stuff. "they like to show how fun it is to be there, rather than focusing on the people on stage, so that's why there were so many audience shots" or something.

The background of the CtW camera crew makes me understanding of the circumstances, but it's still not an excuse I can accept. Livestreaming a concert isn't a new or novel concept, even considering VTuber technology, and selecting a crew that is inexperienced with handling a concert live is still a mistake on the part of the concert organizers. I just hope that they will learn from this experience and that future concerts will not have the same problem.

They can get the camera crew right too. They just didn't this time. That's an important mistake I hope Cover will do their best not to make again.

tbf I can excuse CtW for the poor camera directing even after 4th Fes because it's an entirely different crew and location.

So I'm not really disappointed in Cover themselves, it's just the kind of problems you get when you try something new for the first time, and it's unfortunate that it happened.

If they do still have poor camera directing at 5th Fes or a 2nd EN concert however, I will be disappointed in Cover.

All we can do as fans right now is make it very clear to Cover that the camera directing was the single biggest flaw with the CtW concert to let them know to focus on not making that mistake again next time they prepare a 2nd EN concert, and praise them for everything else they did super well on, which is pretty much everything except the camera.

Maybe some of the flashing lights were a bit too photosensitivity-inducing? The audience mic could have been just a bit louder? That's about all I can think of. TowaShrug

The girls were amazing. The stage was amazing. The stream was high quality. No technical trouble. And a fantastic audience.

I was also genuinely a little worried the audience might have some poor-mannered people that ruins the experience for others, but even that didn't happen. At least, I haven't heard anything about it. Except maybe some confusion about sitting vs. standing during performances?

most crowd shots are behind the crowd facing the stage. Theres some very few facing crowd shots when MC parts are involved or theres a segment in the performance that calls for interaction.

Pretty much everything was onstage or close ups. sometimes a lil too close. The only part I consider worse than the original was they zoomed on Bae hard during her back arch. so it was harder to see the full effect.

New version is really good
almost no fancam, better audio fix, fan cheer is louder (wow crowds actually sing during SPARKS and I can hear chant in SSS), focus heavily on the dance and performance, and I think they cut some deadair during SNOT MC.
