I have similar stats and did some scratch before, it should be around 2150 DEF and when you get S5 it's 2250 DEF, yes from silly 2% more reduction
about +300 more effective DEF on top of that with 8% from guard set tho at that point she's tanky enough considering other options like team heal is a good alternative
