If his first aoe swing kills all the mobs then his bounces will target the remaining elite correctly
If the swing leaves a mob alive at 1hp then that mob will absorb half of the bounces on average even though it should have died from just 1 bounce
This is what i takeaway from reading the comments and checking the cn bug report anyway
I dont have him and i only use him as support in aoe content so i didnt notice the bounce issue
