The elemental bar will be recover over time when you deal other elemental dmg (when you deal lighting dmg, the ice and fire bars are recover over time)

1 tier 4 stig would cost:

140 T4 crystalite, 2 per run, 70 runs, 8 weeks
1100 Ether fuel, 7 per run, 158 runs, 18 weeks
200 Spatial Convectrons, 20 per week from ER and ER shop, 10 weeks

thats not even counting the fact that you might need to forge a T3 stig first since all the T4s require it

do that x3 and you got yourself a stigma set that'll prob become obsolete by the time / you already gacha pulled its gacha equavalent
