In all honesty, this past season I've only bothered with Mixtape mode instead of Battle Royale, having been through it since Season 7 with Horizon.

his passive is whatever but it's not bad
tactical is auto aim + basically a hindering effect since it actively prevents others to actually do much with their weapons
ult duration could be a bit too long, and is a bit loaded (inf ammo, increased reload, and gold passive weapon)

without ever touching the legend, I would say make tact a skillshot, cut duration on ult massively (not 30s for sure)

and maybe cut down on ammo consumption instead of inf ammo altogether

#

like something about 50% or more of ammo savings

#

50% less ammo consumption instead of infinite would entice people to be more aggressive without being completely bananas

#

so cutting off my ramblings these would be the changes for now:

Sling (Passive): Unchanged
Whistler (Tactical): No longer auto-aims
Tempest:
• Duration decreased from 30 to 15 seconds
• Now allows Ballistic and nearby allies to consume 1 ammo per 2 shots instead of giving them infinite ammo
