I think this game is just that heavy on CPU. My PC can handle Wukong with no problem at high setting, but fps drops a lot in PoE 2. High or Low/Medium setting doesnt change the fps drop, so at the very least my GPU is fine

you also can balance any stats or resists with crafting bench when needed
