I cant complete the glue quest for moca.

Hi! I've been trying to complete the glue quest for moca bonsai tree, and i cant seem to complete it for some reason. After i gave moca the glue on the day her pot broke, the next newspaper is about her fixing the pot and its not mark as a star on the side of the newspaper. Its been 5 months and i still cant get the newspaper of rosemary selling the bonsai trees at her shop. I hope the devs can look into it and help me fix it. I also got a dialogue of moca returning me the glue that i gave her, and ive been receiving this dialogue every time when i talk to moca.

moca needs the fertilizer to make the bonsai "grow"
