We've noticed that the What is Art? newspaper is not triggering the special dialogue at any point during the day (or days after), or the Pipi painting on the easel animation, or the second animation of her drawing with Tsuki or the parsnap for it.

The thing is we didn't get anything with this newspaper. Pipi didn't say or do anything in the whole day and still gave the stars as completed. Is it supposed to be that way? No special dialogue for this newspaper?
Also: I've been checking everyday everywhere since then (7/1/24 for me) and still no animation or dialogue (already have the 1M painting)
