i think the tickets will be used when they add more sets in future updates. Could they be used for going to the city? yes, but limiting new players to go to the city via tickets will not happen, most likely travel will be free. what could be cool is getting a only golden ball machine were they cost 5 or 10 tickets as a counterpart of the normal gachaboy machine, since you remove normal versions from appearing
