#Purchased carrots dissapeared after forcing save

Hi team!

@wide thorn reported an issue yesterday on the 25th regarding her recent purchase of carrots. She purposefully purchased two 90k packs and was accredited both packages, but when she manually saved her game progress (pushed for save), one of the two packages dissapeared, and she's not been able to retrieve the carrots, yet. She was left with 20965.
We tried to assist in the help channel but were unsuccesful.

She emailed the team but has not received an update yet.

Now today, she also watched the ads from Olson and the carrots were accredited, but once she saved the game, they were once again removed, leaving her again with 20965. When she saved the game, it restarted and when she came back, she reappeared at Chi's home.
Later, Olson appeared and she pressed ‘I dont want the carrots’, Olson left and then appeared again at the door.
She took pictures of everything and you can see the time stamps.

She has requested a refund through Apple Store.

The game has an auto-save mechanism though, so what method is she using to save the game? If she is loading older progress then the new updates are bound to get overwritten.
She says that each time when she tried to save the game, her carrots got lost. Sounds like there's something amiss with the saving method. She's possibly loading an older save
