Can't plant anything today

It is a new feature you can't plant over crops that are ready to harvest, you need to harvest them first, then you can rotate crops. For gloamroot, eventhough you can't harvest them now, they are ready to harvest. You will need to remove the plots with the gloamroot and add them back you should be able to plant then.
