#bug Reporting players via app works perfectly, but it can only work with names that don’t contain fancy symbols. When a person with a foreign symbol is in the lobby, the app can not switch to mail because it fails to load their name.

So to prevent this from happening, the mail should just print out the ID rather than both the ID and the name associated with it. That way the mail app will open with no trouble.

As you can see, there are three issues with this task:

1. Classic Pool has been rotated out for the Backrooms classic pool version
2. Playing Backrooms does not count towards this task

And worst of all…

3. Pressing ‘Proceed’ does force you into a match of Classic Pool (Primarily Team Fight), but even if you play a match on it, it also does not count.

To conclude, this basically renders not only the keys from being unobtainable, but the Winner’s Chest from weekly tasks also being unobtainable.

Please fix this, I would hate to lose out on a Winner’s all because this task was poorly handled when the map itself isn’t even part of main map selection.

Hello, wanted to mention, 2 bugs:

1. that backrooms as well as silent school still don't have ambient music.
   Also in these maps, while it is absolute silence once you join in, if you go to settings (while in match), go to sound and change volume of any slider, then the menu music will start playing and will play for a minute or two (instead of supposed ambient map music).
2. Saturn has smoke particle attached to the character, not the weapon (or it's just offset to the center/not offset to the side like the weapon, (as i don't know the exact implementation))

part 1) Remember that some animated/3d skins don't show up with sniper xray vision module/x ray glasses, dissapear if the enemy user switchers weapons or show up only partially? well there's another, worse bug - if (in my case, sniper) xray vision was turned on and the user died while it was on, it's possible that if the enemy has the new Soulskeeper pumpkin 3d skin from Gloomy Hallways event end reward, that he will be revealed for the rest of the match (and it's only his head, not the whole body, another bug)

In arena, when you use the invisible module combo for sniper, when the effects wear off or you switch weapons you permanently have the invisible particles around you. #bug encountered an issue with my first event. I sincerely finished the event early, within 7 hours, in Pacific Time. I was grinding really hard the entire time, farming experience from everyone who was AFK so I could complete the event quickly. I earned all the armor pieces around 2:00 AM, but for some strange reason, I was reset and lost all my rewards, including the mask and cape. I was sent back to the start of the event, but I still have the rewards earned from the Ultimate Sniper chest. Is anyone else experiencing this issue for finishing events quickly within a day? I invested a lot of time, and I don't understand why I was reset and lost the items I rightfully earned.

Example: For 1.07 damage boost was wrongly squared and became around 1.15 instead of 1.07 when users were using weapons that didn't contain either AOE nor travel time.
The screenshots show the damage difference between "Balloon Cannon" and "Bouquet" as they have the same basic damage in the same rarity (117 in rare) but lead to different results due to the damage boost bugs.

This bug made the damage baseline for oneshot in Mythical decrease from 149 to 133.(even 122 to primary and backup) I saw that a lot of people think that this is good, as most snipers could be brought back. But overall, it is a bug that could influence a lot, like one-shot a player across the whole classic pool when maximized with Leader's Drum (shown in the 3rd screenshot, X module, IX stocks; 135 is enough to kill 280, as Cookie Man doesn't activate in the training ground). Something else like Reckoning Day sniper was affected a lot, etc.

I'd say people want to see all weapons become strong, so then all of them are usable for battle. The more weapons become strong, the more exciting our game will be. But don't forget that it is a bug for specific 3 wears that most new players don't have. The free weapons in the last few months may be annoying because they are everywhere and have high damage. But what cannot be doubted is that they provided new players a chance to fight against old players. And this bug stretched the difference caused by loadout again: the Pumpkin mask can only be obtained by purchasing it before Halloween; the Veteran mask needs 100k+ experience after level 65, and the Burning Tiara requires a lot of grinding in the Tournament.

Generally, it is definitely a bug that acts the same as when the turtle shell bugged and obtained a square damage boost too (1.35x1.35, the weapon types that could trigger it is also same as the current bug). We could have more solutions to these 1300+ weapons but not a bug.

I own 2 PG accs at Emperor Rank and 1 at General Rank in a top 100 clan of the past few weeks.

Prior the hacking situation many PUBLIC clans turned PRIVATE to avoid the man behind the mayhem. My clan chose to stay public in the past few wars because we want talent and contribution for ranking up (Pixel Gun enthusiasts can earn with the least hurdles possible). And we happen to get this nasty surprise from that hacker.

My rant is a continuation to the previous 2 reports. This has happened again and again. It’s not fair for both the players in the hacked clans, especially when they played for their clan for so long, and the top clans that happen to get paired to the hacked clans and lose.

Take log of the progress of the hacked clans and restore progress accordingly instead of deleting them. Some of the hacked clans were active clans in the past couple weeks and they do not deserve start over because of this loophole where hackers exploit again and again.

Also the new clan member cooldown is apparently breached by a mod menu. Fix it. Our clan still wants to stay public and open for clan war enthusiasts. It is not as serious as sth like a corporate job where an interview is needed for contribution. You are leaving every single one of our kind with no choice but to run clans like corporates and ATP just make every single clan private cuz no one wants our clans at risk!

Code for Area Damage melee weapons seems to have been swapped.
Weapons like Thermal Mecha Knife, which were formerly standard melees with a huge hitbox, now deal 'true' area damage and can no longer headshot.
Weapons like Gold Fever, which formerly dealt true area damage, are now standard melees with a huge hitbox. E: Weapons like Deadly Digital System, which use ammo, have become hitscan rifles instead.
Weapons in all groups have lost swing VFX (ex. Mecha Knife's slash, Gold Fever's spikes, Digital System's pulse).

A buggy task appeared in clan missions. I played in modes: (team battle, versus all, capture points), and it still does not complete (I 100% did not die and killed several enemies). This mission was completed only when I went to the mini-game: destruction.

A serious issue in the Ruby Division. Since August 5, some clans have been able to gain an extremely large amount of Valor Points through cheating (modding). For example, certain clans reached over 1 million Valor on the first day of the clan war.

This problem makes Clan Wars unfair, and many players are quitting the caln wars or even quitting the game because of it. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Weapons occasionally refuse to shoot on pc despite the fact that they can be fired. In this cycle here, corrupted exterm should have fired as it was not taking in any delay. This happens occasionally.

If this is due in part to the firing cooldown then we need a way to visualise this on pc as it is very annoying.
