Demon Stone Pixel Gun 3D
So what's going on is that I believe when you turn into a demon, the stone is producing cells and muscle tissue that wrap around your body, fusing with it to turn you into a demon.

Also the word Emet (אמת in Hebrew) on the obelisk is a spell to make golems alive.
Emet means truth and truth is with god. Take the E away to get Met (נפגש in Hebrew) and that means death.
