Ultimatum is balanced here’s why. Things with slow firerates are meant to be powerful. This isnt some ordinary shotgun that fires bullets. It's a cyber wallbreaking
Laser shotgun it's meant to pack a punch at the expense of slow movement and slow firerate, if you play causally as pg was originally intended, it being a 2 shot with such slow firerate would make it a really bad weapon. Maximum range it should one shot is medium. Also you can't even one shot most players, only those with the worst armor and also if they're a lesser level than you. New armor came out which increases max hp to 280. Base ultimatum, does 225 dmg body. You literally can't one shot with it anymore. Unless you have really high modules, which most ppl don't. And btw basically 90% of the player base now has this new armor cause it came out twice in the span of a few months. Dragon armor and ulti defense armor are literally the same, just look different. So tldr ultimatum is balanced in modern times. @hazy galleon
