Don't know if this is new or not but since the update, they now change it to where shield plates and medkits are in a separate slot than using 2 of your inventory slots

If you aren't aware or you haven't played br in a long time(like me) but know a new additions to the mode: they added shield plates and medkits as consumables so you don't have scavenge around for heals and shield throughout the map

But the thing is that the medkits and shields would be designated and cost your inventory slots, meaning that your inventory would be limited to having 3 items(weapons/gadgets) and 2 pick ups(healing and defense)
