The thing about car spam is that its so common rn and has been the meta for so long, that its becoming boring, and im sure that heavy spam was created as a counter measure by less skilled players to counter cat spam. There are few weapons that are overpowered as hell and they can be nerfed accordingly, cat spam is a bigger issue as its repetitive, op, has been the meta for way too long and also outclasses most techniques and other weapons.
