Actually, although a long shot, one thing you could try is to (re)move all the contents of the Saved\SaveGames folder and see if that helps 😬 🤞

Haha, sometimes long shots work - that seems to have fixed it?! At least now I got to the main menu which is more than I have been able to so far, and no crash as of yet 🥳
