Feeding problem

Hey guys, I have a small problem. I want to feed my Longhord as he is really unhappy and when listen to him he wants food but the feed button is not appearing. Is it some kind of a bug or am I doing something wrong by feeding him with weeds?

when you said "weeds", did you mean long grass?
the Longhorn likes to eat long grass while it's still at level 1. after that, it starts disliking it, but you still can feed it with long grass if you don't have the fruits he starts liking - such as Tuff Nuts and Rockspuds.
to feed him, you need to have the fruit/grass you are going to feed him with selected on your inventory bar. the "feed" button will appear automatically. if you have a weapon selected, or any other non-edible item, the button will say something else.
if that doesn't happen, then it's a nasty bug we are talking about and I would much appreciate it if you can take a screenshot of the issue for our dev frogs
