I'll start with an example: a public gold farm was built in the nether, which was later griefed by someone else, for absolutely no reason
I think it would make sense to have land claims in the nether as well, but then it would go against the fact that the nether is meant to be challenging and have pvp enabled
As a result, two options:
- Make nether land claims only apply to the nether roof y-level and above. I think this makes a lot of sense for building farms and such
- Do this (entirely or as explained in option one) after the end event (along with the difficulty change)
