Add vanilla feature to attack indicator mod

So in vanilla Minecraft there is thing when you have mod that adds something to your attack indicator for example elytra indicator from Crosshair Addons Public mod it will automatically place vanilla indicator that shows fully charged item under that gui element. On Lunar attack indicator mod I don't see that but would love to because for me vanilla indicator is directly inside that elytra indicator. Sorry if explanation is confusing but sadly i cant provide any images.
