lunar has a memory leak problem, the memory keeps spiking and it causes stutters
HIgher the ram alocated, longer the stutter
In the new versions there is mod called Memory leak fix to fix this

try using more ram in ur launcher settints

lunar has a lot of features, so a lot of memory will be being used. try for a vanilla launcher or a client with less memory usage if it becomes an issue
