Allow us to hide locked cosmetics

-My locker is so cluttered from limited time event cosmetics.
-I did not know they'd end up sitting with a lock icon forever cluttering my cosmetics menu.
-If yall have no intention of giving us them back I personally don't need the constant reminder of them for eternity and would love it if that was one of the many filter options.
