Getting rid of first person particle effects

Now yes there is a mod for this but it only gets rid of the potion particles in first person. But you still see when someone crits you which takes up a good amount of the screen. So I think there should be an addon to the hide first person particle effects mod that gets rid of all first person particle effect.
