It seems that PojavLauncher is now archived, https://github.com/AngelAuraMC/Amethyst-Android and https://github.com/AngelAuraMC/Amethyst-Ios are the successors.

Before I start, don't take my word on any of this. I'm simply giving you my personal opinion as a Senior on the matter.

I don't believe we will be adding mobile support, and here's my reasoning why:

1. Competing against Minecrafts bedrock mobile app.
2. Lunar isn't a mod. There are multiple technical reasons why lunar client can't be made into a mod, so we wouldn't be able to use Amethyst directly.
3. Higher development cost. Having a mobile version sounds simple at first, but it really isn't. There are countless things we would need to implement and maintain, such as: mobile UI's, mobile api's (rendering, sound, file system, I/O, etc...), performance (would need to spend a lot more time optimizing for mobile), architecture bugs, etc... All of which requires more developers, testers/testing, and all future features become slightly harder to implement, and take longer to roll out publicly.

I would consider these the main struggle points.

😂 + Fragmentation & Device Variability
Unlike PC, where hardware is more standardized, the mobile market is extremely fragmented. Different Android OEMs (Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, etc.) and iOS devices all have unique hardware and OS versions, and restrictions. Supporting all of them means constant bug fixing and device-specific optimizations, which drastically increases long-term maintenance costs and QA complexity.
