A Better support for newer Players

basically sometimes someone's explanation may be too bad so it does not understand the problem, or maybe "general" question

Tell me how its a bad idea? If a user has a question about lunar client they can quickly open a support ticket and an AI agent can assist them. If they then want to be further assisted they can ask to wait for a human agent

it would instantly know how you do it

whereas on chat GPT you would need to type

its just alot easier and simpler to have an intigrated AI agent
