Please i downloaded a modpack from curseforge and cant find a way to add it

Want to add or create your own Modpack on Lunar Client?
You can drag and drop Modrinth Modpack files (.mrpack) into the Modpacks tab, or follow these steps to add/customize your own Modpack.
- Open the Lunar Client launcher's settings, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is enabled at the top,
- Go to the "Versions" tab and then click on "Modpacks" at the top,
- Click any default Modpack, such as the Hoplite Modpack, and go to settings,
- Scroll down to the bottom and click the red "Unlink Modpack" button.
You will now be able to edit any details, such as the name, description, and the Fabric loader version!
