Option for cosmetics to show in first person

Some people might not want it (so there should be an option to enable/disable first person cosmetics), but I think it would be cool for certain cosmetics to show in first person. For example, I attached 2 images showing the purple flame hands in first person and third person. It feels unnatural that they don't show in first person.
