Custom Cloaks

This would be a feature on the website where you can create a custom cloak at a higher price than normal. This would be simular to the skindex skin editor excpet only for cloaks. These custom cloaks would be able to be seen throughout all lunar client users. These cloaks would be moderated by the Staff Team to make sure nothing inapropriate would be created before being published. The lunar+ feature cloth cloaks would also work with lunar+ members and there would be a Cloak Community page where people could share designs of those who have lunar+.
