you can add that mod on 1.16.5+ lunar fabric with /modloading

and for 1.8.9 you might have to wait for lunar forge 1.8.9 modloading

was made by uku for the tierlist

and who is friends with uku marlow

and who owns the tierlist also marlow

so marlow gave uk the mc tiers api so uku could make the mod

this mod is open source and uses the MIT license. however, while this mod has over 200k downloads, it's only compatible with 1.18.x and higher

it's very unlikely that they'll add a mod with 40 likes that only works with 1.18 and higher, given that it would also have to be modified
