this mod is probably one of the most useful mods as you need to spam your trigger finger when moving items from inventory to chest you can just hold and drag your mouse on everything. its obvious it is purposely disallowed but why? when freecam is compatible?

So for all who need a alternative that works. use item scroller mod. it works basically the same and is made by masady which is the person who made tweakaroo, litematica and malilib.

It's not "purposely disallowed"
There's still a lot to be done to improve mod loading on Lunar, and these are just incompatibilities between the mod in question, and lunar's code
As for MouseTweaks:
