#give more fps
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
oh yeah lunar should really just add a feature that boost your fps to 10k or smth, totally doable
100% legit
nah bro too less
i need like a 72k fps atleast dude
for DECENT gameplay
Would you rather 72k fps with lag spikes or smooth stable fps?
You could technically get 72k fps without lag spikes using this mod: https://modrinth.com/mod/fakefps

@celest meteor i swear i got a ghost ping
and i cant find the message
turbo entities was supposed to give a good fps boost but my fps changed from 700 to 710 or something
get a better pc or make ur own installation
10k is too low
Why do you need more than 700 fps 👀
It's way more effective on low-end computers
more than 300 fps is not noticeable
most of you wont notice more than 140 fps since most of you have shitty 140hz monitors and dont understand what a bottleneck is
sometimes I have less than 120 fps (with 32 render distance for example) and then it would be useful to have more fps
what tf u need 32 rd for
yeah, even if you have a 1000hz monitor 500 vs 700 is hardly a difference you can see
whereas 100 vs 300 is huge
its diminishing returns
bro my laptop screen is 60hz what is 1000hz bro(it gets 450 fps in minecraft 1.20.1)
ok so then for you 300 fps doesnt even show up - everything above 60 fps is the same
i see much difference betwen 60 and 400
you're not seeing more frames, it's just that the frames you are seeing are more accurate because your monitor is producing more frames
when i put 60 fps in the game i feel like there is something wrong but when i put it on like 200 or 300 i feel like it's smoother and better
its not smoother, but since your monitor is making new frames much more often, each frame you see is likely to be more updated than if you were playing on fps, making it feel more responsive
and that makes it smoother
no? it just makes it more responsive
and that makes us feel that it's smoother
smoother means that there is less gap between the frames, making the switch from one to the next less jarring. more responsive means that your actions are being carried out on your screen faster, since each frame you are seeing is more updated. that doesnt make it smoother per se - you're still only getting 60 different images a second, but those 60 images are pretty updated images.
placebo
your screen shows 60fps at 60fps in game, your screen shows 60fps at 600fps in game, your screen shows 60fps at 6000fps in game
you perceive no difference, you're either ignorant or its a placebo
the responsiveness can still be different, since the frames you are seeing are more updated - even if you're only seeing 60 per second, your computer is making 300 and showing you a more updated frame out of those 300 than if it had only made 60. however, your experience will not actually be smoother.
guys at least you play and have fun why would we even need to argue about this
i mean its just to educate you
the other guy does not want to
yeah you're right about that 😔
unfortunate
@minor geode there’s something called an fps spoofer. Try it out
yeah fx posted one of those
not placebo, noticeable difference in input response at higher fps
also motion blur only works with high fps like when u use motion blur on 60 fps it will lag but on 200 fps it won't
and motion blur is cool
lit maxes at 40 above hz and makes minimal visual difference, u prob dont notice it
weep more??
not noticeable, lit is a placebo dk what ur on ab
bro just look it up
lol
i dont need to because ive researched this in the past!!! at one point i was wrong!! then i got educated!!
ok
lol, nice mod
